- HFheather fowlerJul 23, 20261.0Called in to place an order for pick up was told was the manager crystal that I was not able to until I got there and she hung up on me , 2nd call attempt I asked for the store # was hung up on by her again .Then when I got to the store drive thru window she was talking to the employees about me in a very distasteful way and I so confronted her and screamed at me saying that I can report her to get manager Sheila she really doesn't care and to started spelling out her name and said have a nice day sarcastically and waved goodbye terrible customer service and abuse of her manager position I would not advise to visit this location ! The lady at the window apologized for the managers actions very degrading experience!

I won’t be returning, and I’ll be advising my friends to stay away as well. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. The manager, Sheila (or Sheela), was yelling at employees in a way that felt completely out of control. Her face was red, and at one point she aggressively grabbed a coffee cup from one employee and nearly hit another in the process. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position. Employees should be supported and treated with respect, not yelled at in front of customers.
