I won’t be returning, and I’ll be advising my friends to stay away as well. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. The manager, Sheila (or Sheela), was yelling at employees in a way that felt completely out of control. Her face was red, and at one point she aggressively grabbed a coffee cup from one employee and nearly hit another in the process. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position. Employees should be supported and treated with respect, not yelled at in front of customers.
