  I don’t know about the day ,but evenings food and service at this location is terrible . Now their supposed to be open til 11pm . Once I stopped in around 8 pm was told I couldn’t get extra protein . Asked why and the girl explained some crap about college kids and bolo . It made no sense and she said this is all the chicken we have . Container was half full . They didn’t want to cook more chicken three hours before closing and are just telling Customers they can’t get extra protein . I know this cause next time I stopped in was told there was no cheese . Asked go there could be no cheese they said morning shift didn’t prep and shred enough cheese for the day . So instead of someone taking initiative to shred more cheese their just telling customers there’s no cheese . lol with three hours before closing . This location is the worst chipotle in at least a 50 mile radius.

  Currently waiting on my order that was supposed to be ready 34 minutes ago. I’m not blaming the staff because they clearly are understaffed. But they start yelling and cussing about how behind they are while I’m here and looking at me while they’re doing it. Like I’m scared they’re gonna throw a burrito at me at this point. I also have my own stuff i’m behind on at home now that I’ve wasted too much time here bro, I feel you.

  Had an awesome experience at the Chipotle in Uniontown today. I didn’t catch the spelling of the guy’s name, but he was a younger African-American gentleman working when I came in and his customer service was seriously on point. He was friendly, welcoming, and actually seemed like he enjoyed interacting with customers. He mentioned that people have been leaving bad reviews because of the music he plays, which I think is ridiculous. Personally, I liked the music and the atmosphere. If the food is good and the employees are treating people right, that’s what actually matters. People are always quick to leave a bad review when they’re pissed off, so I figured I’d leave a good one when somebody actually deserves it. Keep playing the music, man. Food was good, service was great, and the vibes were even better. 5 stars from me. 🌯🔥

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHIPOTLE EXPERIENCE I"VE EVER HAD. I've eaten at Chipotle about 20 times in the past 2 months. So I eat it a lot. This was the WORST food I've ever had at Chipotle, and possibly any restaurant. I had to throw it out. I got a steak bowl and chips and queso to go. The steak was dry and looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for an entire day. They had no fresh steak coming up. The chips were literally wet and soggy, not even sure how that's possible. I had to throw it all away and it was SUPER dissapointing. $21.15, wasted. and even worse, I was then hungry. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Update: 8/3 - After contacting Chipotle as they requested, I was given a free entree reward to use within 30 days. Never mind spending over $20 on food that went in the trash. I am their core business and this is how they "resolved" it.

  The food was fresh, the portions were good, and the staff kept the line moving. The restaurant was fairly clean, and my order came out exactly as requested.
