It’s unnecessarily inconsiderate to them, it’s 20 feet ahead of the menu so you can’t even look, and I always have problems. Ordered two drinks from the kid on the iPad only to pull around and be told they only had 1 drink on the order. Asked if we could still get the second one & they told us we’d have to go around and get back in line (which was LONG) and order again. No thanks, I’ll go Somewhere else.

C'mon...it's not hard to hit buttons on a machine that literally mixes the coffee, milk/cream, sugar and flavoring for you. I'm not trying to be a Karen, and I didn't want to hold up the drive thru line, but I paid over $6 for this cup and a quarter of it is at the store. Check your cups.
