  The food is unhealthy unwholsome & disgusting! I was unable to digest the chicken tenders made from processed food - it was greasy & not fit for human consumtion. No healthy choices available like salads & the bathroom was not clean!

  Ordered a big Mac and I put Bacon and tomatoes on it and I did extra pickles i git the burger and it had extra pickles everything else was a normal Big Mac

  I placed an order with the mobile app at 5:55 AM for “pick up at curb #2” and had to call the freaking place as I had been waiting 20 minutes and the manager answers the phone, I ask her what’s the hold up, she acts like she has no idea WTH I’m talking about, so I explained, she catches an attitude, puts me on hold then hangs up. Another 5 minutes goes by, an employee comes out with my order- a soggy cold sandwich and coffee. This is not the first time we’ve dealt with unprofessionalism in the same establishment. Let me add, there was no customers inside, and very little going through the drive through at that time. Do better Troy McDonalds!

  I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes in Troy, PA and no one waited on me. They kept looking at me saying we will be right with you, even the manager. I ended up walking out
