Imagine sitting down with your family on a picnic blanket thinking you got what’s in the menu pic only to realize the two of you supposed to split the sandwich get 1/4 of the chicken cutlets on dry bread. When I called they blamed my order on someone who was training but we had to drive to another place to get different edible food so the $11 they refunded me did not measure up to the inconvenience of all of that. Owner could have refunded our full order to make up for inconvenience but decided he doesn’t care at all about customer experience instead. Just go five minutes down the road to Capriotti’s and spare yourself the disappointment and the insensitivity of the owner.

I called ahead to let the staff know I’d be a little early and see if they could have my order ready early. The staff member was polite on the phone and my order was in fact ready when I arrived. The staff was polite inside. My order was correct and everything was delicious and lived up to the typical Primos quality. A 10/10 experience. What more could you ask for?
