  Bought 2 hoagies . Rolls were rock hard stale. Called the store and the manager said they were just baked. Seems like they are trying to just get rid of old food instead of giving the customers quality that they pay for and deserve. I won’t be going back!

  We just got our delicious hoagies ! And omg, they are excellent! Unfortunately when we got home we found out we were missing a few (non hot items ) we called and were immediately greeted with friendly staff member who promptly refunded us, Apologized and even send the receipt! Fantastic costumer service! We will definitely be back:)

  Going to rate this a 3 because the bread tasted stale, the sandwiches are small compared to other primos we have had. Not sure I’ll be back to this location otherwise location is ideal and clean but they need camp up the sandwiches to primos quality

  Still taste pretty good but they definitely gotten SMALLER since the last time I ordered them. The old Italian I just ordered barely had any meat

  So I called to order 2 sandwiches first question I asked was Are your Rolls soft? Gentlemen said we bake everything 30 minutes yeah I guess AND I got a HARD Roll…. I then told him what I would like on my sandwich and that I’m allergic to vinegar no condiments and to also use a clean knife….he proceed to tell me yes I won’t put vinegar… I said vinegar on my sandwich wasn’t my only problem mayo pickles and other stuff contain vinegar I don’t want u to cut my sandwich with the same knife that u will use on the other sandwich he seem to not know that most things contain vinegar and seemed irritated because he didn’t really understand as I’m trying to explain I have a severe allergy to vinegar…..then I asked him for Red crushed pepper flakes on my sandwich and they put some other seasoning that was so hot I couldn’t enjoy it was a orange looking.
