  Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I came in and ordered three bowls, and right away I was called rude by an employee with fake blonde hair because I didn’t use my Chipotle points. I brushed it off and went on with my day. My mother was with me, and afterward we went to the Panda Express next door to pick up two meals for other members of our family who don’t eat Chipotle. When we got home, I stepped out of the car and the Chipotle bag completely ripped, causing the food to spill everywhere. Obviously, I was frustrated, but I understand that accidents happen. I drove back to the restaurant and explained what happened, asking if they could offer a replacement bowl or a small discount. To his credit, the manager was kind enough to give me a discount. However, the same employee then made completely unnecessary comments, claiming that I had “faked the entire thing to get free bowls” and that because our car had been parked there for a while, we “must have eaten them here.” I honestly had to bite my tongue because there was absolutely no reason for those comments. As I was leaving, she also muttered under her breath that I should have “used my Chipotle points that I racked up.” I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn’t even upset about the bag ripping. What bothered me was the unnecessary attitude and accusations from this employee throughout the entire experience. I’ve never had a restaurant experience this unpleasant, and I certainly won’t be returning to this location.

  First off why is this location open for business ? I ordered through UberEats. A burrito bowl with rice STEAK, roasted corn, pico, GUAC (which was extra money) cheese and sour cream YET I got the complete OPPOSITE. Got 1 tiny scoop of rice, chicken instead of steak .. a whole bunch of lettuce and pico and THATS IT. Where’s my steak ? Where’s my Guac and my corn and cheese and sour cream ? How is that many ingredients missing ? And then the wrong protein. Literally insane.

  Wow. Just came in and they literally skimp you on everything. I had to get “double meat” just to get a regular portion. Bowl not worth almost $20 with no ingredients.

  It's chipotle. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's not. You know what you are going to get.

  I would skip this chipotle if possible. Did a pickup order and My salad was finished in 3 bites, literally just lettuce- didn’t include much protein or anything else I asked for. The queso was literally the texture of wall spackle… could have used it to repair a hole or two. This location is horrible. $30 worth of food and maybe for $5 worth. Went to the Levittown chipotle earlier this week and I can say it was 1000000x better.
