Unfortunately, due to an unexpected situation, I wasn’t able to pick it up. Since the pizza was already made, I didn’t even ask for a cancellation—I just requested that they either enjoy it themselves or donate it so it wouldn’t go to waste. To my surprise, they still went ahead and canceled the order and issued me a refund without any hassle. Really appreciate the kindness and customer-first attitude. Small gestures like this build long-term trust.
