  I had a really disappointing experience at this location on two consecutive days while picking up my order. The same employee (black female) had an extremely rude attitude both times when I went to pay. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and her overall demeanor was very cold and unprofessional. It felt like it cost her something just to look at me or return a simple greeting, “hello, how are you?” Which she didn’t even acknowledge almost as if I was begging her for money instead of simply paying for my food. This happened two days in a row: May 13, 2026 around 11:00 AM and May 14, 2026 around 11:45 AM. The same female black employee at the register on both days. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but repeated behavior like this from the same worker is unacceptable. Management should review the cameras during those times and address the situation because customers should not be treated this way. I also know not everyone knows or learned basic manners and if you don’t know basic human manners, customer service should not be your primary job.

  I got food from here the other day and had a pretty pleasant experience while here. I had ordered through the app for faster pick up, and the food was ready when I got there. The food as a whole was hot and fresh and my bowl was packed and my travel buddy’s burrito was also packed too. The store was also very clean too and the staff were very nice and helpful too. Will definitely come back again in the future.

  Tried this location for lunch today and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience. I ordered two burrito bowls—one with chicken and one with carnitas—and decided to use the Chipotle Lane since we just bought a house this week and have been busy moving. When I pulled into the lane, I sat there for quite a while without being acknowledged. When an employee finally opened the window, she didn’t greet me or say anything. I let her know I was picking up my order (which the app said would be ready at 12:50—I arrived at 1:00). With the window still open, I overheard her say, “gotta remake Stephanie C.” They handed me a bag with just one bowl and told me I could keep it, then asked what was on the carnitas bowl. The bowl they initially gave me wasn’t even mine, so I had to pull up my app and show them my order details. Eventually, they handed me another bowl and sent me on my way. When I got home, I realized both bowls were carnitas—and poorly made at that. I never received the chicken bowl I originally ordered. I’ve been to this location before and haven’t been impressed, but this experience really confirmed it. If possible, I’d recommend going to the location instead—it’s consistently a much better experience.

  They had no utensils and when asked they said handle it your self!!!
