For it to be that early in the day, I expected fresh food, but the bagel tasted stale like it had been sitting out. The cream cheese portion was extremely small! Not even enough to properly cover the bagel. Considering the bagel was $1.99 and the cream cheese was $1.79 (almost $4 total), the quality and portion did not match the price at all. It honestly felt like I was served something old instead of fresh. I hope this location can do better with freshness and portion sizes, especially during morning hours when customers expect better quality.

In this case I paid for extra chicken salad & I did not receive extra. The portion size was literally a tablespoon. Unacceptable for a sandwich that’s already overpriced. I also got the Mac & cheese which was overcooked & extremely oily. I won’t come to this location anymore. The food reminds me of hospital food, and I’m better off making it myself at home.
