  The Giant Store on 5th Street highway in Temple has gone way downhill. Why was the salad bar taken out when other nearby Giant stores still have it? Now you have to buy a big container because it's pre-packaged. Since that's the case, why doesn't the delivery have salads that you can get weighed? Produce section is horrible now. Low quantities of produce and some are bruised or moldy. I will be shopping at one of the other nearby Giant's in the future.

  I would like to know what happened to the tasty and soft oatmeal raisins cookies? Now they're as hard as stone and they dont taste good and look burned. They are not even done in a circle shape. They look and taste worse than the ones I make ( I dont know how to make cookies that is why I buy them from giant 🙃) See pictures ( the half came like that, half🤨)

  I can't even explain what I just walked into at Giant in Temple. This will be my last time shopping there. Sure this is the worst Giant in the entire area, but it just got so much worse. I go in there and at least, and I'm not exaggerating, at least 25-50 people dressed in what I can only describe as FBI jackets however labeled SAS are swarming everywhere! Now you would think they would have the slightest care or thoughts about the customers because when I say they were LITERALLY BLOCKING THE AISLE AND THROWING ITEMS INTO THE AISLE. IT LOOKED LIKE A HURRICANE HIT THE STORE. Not only were there troopers blocking every aisle, sometimes 10 troopers in one aisle but the items were everywhere! YOU HAD TO SWERVE AROUND THE TRASH! But then! They also moved everything to a new spot!!!! Never again! And the staff didn't even know where spring water was and you know what.. neither did I. I used to. I don't have a clue now. Never ever again! Please don't think about this being normal. I have shopped at that store for about 8 years and I have been shopping in general for at least 30 and NOTHING has ever compared to this. This was not inventory. This was 10 times the amount of people and 10 times more rude and wild! It was identical to a crime scene!

  It's Giant! Wide selection...recommend going earlier than later though, it can fill up.
