Giant Direct - I've been doing giant direct pick up for the last about 2 years. In the last few months I feel like its really declined. I have gotten produce that is not good or fresh- fruits/veg that have soft spots, brown spots, mold - I got peaches that were complete mush had to throw the whole bag away. We got chicken that was no good.. went to cook for dinner that night and smelled terrible! we took it back to the store that night, they did exchange it but the inconvenience. I am not sure if it is the store or the shoppers or both, as I rarely shop in store. Also twice now I had to wait 30+ min from the time I got there to pick up until they brought my groceries out.

I never have any issues here, But I felt an attitude by "clarence" today l was in the alcohol section and made a purchase but i also had 4 items that weren't alcohol that he needed to scan and i guess he wasnt feelin it? Some people need to retire. Still giving 3 stars because I love this location and most of the employees are sweethearts. They have a better selection than most local stores.

Great place to shop. If you have difficulty walking the store, you can use their electric scooters, plenty of space in cart and maneuvers very well. I got what I was looking for too.

Really gone down hill.. I used to love this store. Now I almost dread going in. Especially when it's not peak hours. First, Giant as a company decided to put in their ad, a four day sale only valid next week. I hadn't noticed till I was checking out, and was basically told, yea, I don't know why they did that. False advertising, rude staff. Then a separate issue at checkout. Totally my fault that I didn't realize mountain dew wasn't part of the sale with the other sodas. At self checkout, I had stood there waving my arms for a solid minute before I finally walked up to the attendant and had to get like three feet from them before they looked up from their phone and finally acknowledged me. I know it read slow in there, but my whole experience tonight was just terrible.
