The reset was very poorly executed during business hours. Vast amounts of product was moved at a time leaving the shelves empty. The people doing the work would block the aisles with no regard to customers trying to navigate the mess. When questioned about the new location of items, they were no help whatsoever. In one instance, the item in question was on a cart next to the employee. Meanwhile I had to enlist the help of 3 other employees to find it. The next time their management team gets the brilliant idea to rearrange the whole store, they should at least do it overnight!
