Imagine being that dumb? , anyways my expierence was amazing , they aree doing a great job hope they keep doing their best!

I get to the speaker and let the female drive-thru associate that I have a mobile order for my name. She then tells me that I had just placed the order so to go sit in the parking lot because she has a customer behind me. I asked her what’s the difference between me ordering it at the speaker right now and doing the mobile order. She doesn’t answer and it’s just radio silence. I ask again and she tells me to go sit in the parking lot because it’s not ready. So I speed off, park my car and go inside. I walk in there and they already have my drinks ready. No one said anything to me when I walked in there and I told them I’m coming in. The one female worked got the make workers attention and pointed at me. The male worker threw my food at the counter and walked away. I would never go here again nor my family or friends. I’m also writing the same reviews on all map platforms about this location and experience. What’s the point of a mobile order if you’re going to tell me to sit in a parking lot and wait because there’s a car behind me, your dumb because what if I ordered at the speaker? You’re going to tell me to sit and wait in the parking lot.

Didn't get the 1.50 worth of cream cheese on either one. Extra means Extra. Definitely not going back to this crap. Next time I'll make what the wife was asking for over at giant and still save a dollar.
- AEAddison EveringhamMay 19, 20262.0I went to this dunkin today and was very disappointed by how my drink turned out i had ordered a strawberry dragonfruit day dream refresher and when I picked up my order it was nothing like how it normally is it had a sour taste to it and was white instead of pink when I called to explain what had happened the lady was extremely arrogant and told me it was my fault that the drink looked like that bc my order was sitting for a little before I got there but that clearly wasnt the case because leaving it sit for a few minutes would not cause it to look like that I will definitely not be coming back anytime soon.
