  If you come here, just know you will be waiting over 40 minutes. I've given it a few tries, but not once did I receive my food in under 30 minutes

  Be prepared with a tank of gas because you’ll be sitting in that drive thru for a minimum of a half hour; I wish I was exaggerating. I’ve been AT THE BOX for 15 mins now and have yet to have anyone even say “be right there.” Crazy.

  I'm not much for complaining unless it's an absolute terrible experience. This has to be the worst restaurant in the entire Pittsburgh Mills Mall area. Every time I come here there's another customer complaining about waiting for their food. Even at the slowest times it seems like they just can't get it together. If you order from uber, doordash or any other app, forget about it. I promise no matter how far away you come from, it WILL NOT be ready when you get there. I encourage people to avoid this place.

  Ordered food. Paid for food. Received food. Leave only for an employee to chase us through the parking lot yelling that we didn’t pay. Go back to the store. Tell them I did pay. Show them my banking app. They said it didn’t go through and start yelling at me. Telling me to leave or they will call the police. You chased me through a parking lot. Worst customer service ever Couldn’t tell you how the food was as we didn’t eat it

  The food selection and prices r great! We have come in tge past and had great service! We came 2 Fridays ago about 17 mins before close, looked like only 1 or 2 workers inside. Totally ignored us and wouldn't r3spond or take order, looked like they decided to clean up and close early, which was very aggravating as we had 3 hungry kids with us, as they saw bc we got out of car to get a better look at the menu board plus we drove 19 minutes to get there for no reason so very upset about that trip and will never go to this sonic again because of it! !UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW!: Hello in a big thank you to the store manager forgetting back quickly regarding my review! We are very glad to hear that speaking to your employees about the importance of staying open as listed so this is not happen to anyone else again! This is actually one of the kids favorite places to eat at and this is the closest location and it's 20 minutes away. We would love to come back and eat there again in the future. Gas prices have really gotten high this year tho and would appreciate if you would possibly consider offering a gift card or discount towards our next family orde to help make up for the last trip being shut down early and the unfortunate wasted gas spent 20 mins each way?
