  Completely understaffed. Need to treat their employees nicer and appreciate what they had. The only half decent thing is the food I waited for 45 minutes to get a straw.

  Every single time I go there with my kids, their ice cream machine is "broken" or "down". Which we all know just means, "i cleaned it early because I want to go home." It's always been between 7-8pm, on a weekend night, after having dinner nearby, so not late at night and not on a Monday. Certainly when business should be at its peak for sonic. Once or twice, i understand. But this is six, SIX!!, times now. I won't go back. I'm a pretty generous reviewer. I'm in the service industry, so I'm probably overly nice, but i get it. This, however, is ridiculous, and someone needs to check in on their store.

  Be prepared with a tank of gas because you’ll be sitting in that drive thru for a minimum of a half hour; I wish I was exaggerating. I’ve been AT THE BOX for 15 mins now and have yet to have anyone even say “be right there.” Crazy.

  I'm not much for complaining unless it's an absolute terrible experience. This has to be the worst restaurant in the entire Pittsburgh Mills Mall area. Every time I come here there's another customer complaining about waiting for their food. Even at the slowest times it seems like they just can't get it together. If you order from uber, doordash or any other app, forget about it. I promise no matter how far away you come from, it WILL NOT be ready when you get there. I encourage people to avoid this place.
