  HORRIBLE. different price daily. Different taste daily. Called manager to complain that i was given a frozen coffee with a broken cup dumped all over my car the second she handed it to me. He said nothing. I said HELLO? He responded “so it dumped on you” i said you have broken cups split on the side! Yes. He was quiet…. I go here almost daily. Never again!!

  I believe her name was Megan she was so sweet helping my husband and I but please Dunkin corporation send this store new head sets they need them pretty bad

  Staff is always friendly, with the exception of one of the managers. I won’t let her reputation ruin everyone else’s, though. They are always willing to make things right if they make a mistake, or if you forget to add something (obviously if it doesn’t cost extra). As long as the service remains great, I’ll continue to give them by business. Thank you Jen (I think) for fixing my drink today and making me feel like I was not a bother, and thank you to the other staff member that spoke up for me because I was too nervous to lol, I appreciate you 🧡🩷

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I come to this Dunkin often and usually order a coffee and sandwich. My food and drink are usually pretty good but the one morning employee who I'm guessing is a manager is always rude and yelling at the other employees who are doing their best to keep up with all the orders to hurry up but not helping them. A few times I came in and there is only one or 2 workers struggling while she's in the back. Makes me not want to come back because I feel awful for the workers
