  One week, our food was 50+ minutes late. My ice cream and milk in the car got warm. I filed a complaint. It was ignored. A week later, the food was horrible. My daughter's meat in her bowl was mostly chunks of fat and the rest was grisly. I gave about all of the meat to the dog. Chipotle doesn't seem to care. The store at dinnertime is a mess.

  Food tasted fine but not as good as other locations. Every item on my family's order was wrong in some way, and the dining area was very neglected. The garbage cans were completely full and I had to wipe the table off to eat. The drinks were also completely empty aside from the fountain. The employee was able to get me some of the ingredients that were missing from my order when asked which I appreciated.

  Not sure why everyone’s always complaining about this place. My food is always great and all the workers are nice to me 🙂 Maybe at times they are understaffed, but don’t take it out on the people who are actually there working.

  Food served with attitude. Don't like your job? Find another one. Discusting, filthy place. Nothing wiped off. No tea in dispensers. No forks or spoons? I have a bowl filled with food and no utensils? Lap like a dog perhaps? Poorly managed. The employees are plenty rude. Have time for attitude, how about wipe a table off?

  I rarely leave reviews, but every time I’ve been to this location and ordered in person it’s been an awful experience. Whether it be the rude workers, the garbage all over the place and disgusting, dirty drink station, or the fact they’re somehow ALWAYS out of something. So today I figured maybe I’d have better luck ordering through the app. Boy was I wrong. First off, I sat in line for 25 minutes which was odd to me considering you don’t order at the window, you only pick up. But once i got closer I could clearly see why. When I finally got to the window almost 30 minutes after my food had been ready, I wasnt even acknowledged. I could very clearly see my bag with my name on it in the window and watched the worker completely ignore me and start bagging chips. After waiting nearly 5 minutes I had to yell out my window and point at my bag just to get her attention. When she opened the window I of course was met with an awful attitude. The food was cold and soggy because it took so long to pick up. I’ve tried to give this location so many chances, but it is so poorly managed. I will never return, and hope anyone reading this makes the wise decision to choose a different location.
