- AHAlex Holst2 days ago1.0Three people working. We waited 10 minutes and there started to be a line of people. Within those 10 minutes no one was working the register they were talking. We decided not to wait and left. Very disappointed.

There were like 10 people working but only 2 doing slow motion work while the others looked on. My mobile order was ignored while I was waiting by the counter for 30 minutes. The screen showed my order was “ready.” When I asked the staff about my order, one of the ladies said impatiently that “you order is not ready. ignore what the screen say!” After more wait, I asked again and then they realized they weren’t preparing my order at all. The same young lady yelled at me “you only asked about your order. you didn’t mention what’s in the order so we didn’t know what to prepare.” Wait a minute- doesn’t Dunkin have something called an ordering system and computers? Now you are relying on customers telling you verbally what they have ordered online? Also - if you didn’t know what I ordered and you needed such information, why you lied and kept asking me to wait because you knew my order wasn’t ready yet? Last - shouldn’t you apologize to your customer first before you talk back like a spoiled child?

No we ran out of medium sizes, you must order small or large. Takes forever to take your order, forever to make your drink, when there is 4 employees and no customers in the store. Some baristas have an outwardly bad attitude. Go to the other location a few minutes down the street, you will be treated better by staff and will get your items in a more timely manner. Avoid this location.
