Low key pizza shop. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had 2 cars full of hungry kids and they took our order in advance and helped us feed everyone quickly.

EDIT: (Thank you to the owner who responded, this has been addressed and owner confirmed they will handle the situation with the driver. The food here normally is AMAZING. The calzone I had with this order was delicious and cheesy, I would definitely recommend the food.) I’ve been here so many times, as well as ordered delivery MANY times from many different services like DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, whichever has the better deal. Tonight, I was straight up harassed by their own delivery driver. While ordering through GrubHub, I wasn’t aware they sent their own staff to deliver GrubHub orders. I have never even heard of that. Their driver shows up to give me my food, and I was very friendly saying thank you so much. He then says “you know we work off tips right?” And proceeds to make me feel horrible because I left a small tip and he works off tips. I understand tipping, but I had no idea how any of that worked. How dare you then ask me “so you don’t have any cash?” Then walk away rude after I said no I am so sorry if I had I would. I was being very nice and understanding as well. I have never had a situation like this ever happen. There’s proper etiquette when delivering, I used to do a delivery job for years. Even if someone tips ZERO, you still deliver that food with respect for the customer. I wish I got his name, he was wearing some sort of black jacket with some decals on it. Very disappointing, I’ve been ordering for so long from here and never had an issue. Someone needs to re train him on proper customer service etiquette.

Picked up an early dinner to-go from Amici on our way to check in at Great Wolf Lodge. We ordered 2 daily specials (chicken parm, Thursday) and a kids ravioli. The kids meal came with 2 cookies and apple juice -- love! It's probably more suited to under 6 or low appetite kids, at least the ravioli portion seemed small (3 ravioli) but for us with a 3.5 year old it was fine. The chicken parm was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Our plan was to pick up food around 3, check in at 4, and then put it in our room fridge to reheat later (microwaves available in vending areas if you don't have one in your room) but it smelled so amazing in the restaurant I had to try it fresh and it was SO GOOD. It felt like my Italian mother in law had came and cooked us a homemade meal. I ate half of it and am saving the rest for a late night snack after the kid is in bed. Kiddo liked the ravioli, probably would've given those a 7/10, but she is used to Rana and whatever refrigerator pasta I typically buy and prepare at home. I tried the ravioli and they were a little too much pasta for me not enough cheese but that's entirely personal preference. She ended up eating a lot of the linguine from our chicken parm. The only thing that was less than stellar is I believe our specials were supposed to come with salads but we didn't get those. But it was a cheaper price being it was Thursday and there's enough food here for 2 adults in each of the dinners so I wouldn't even call this a complaint. I have been iffy about lettuce ever since this summer's events anyway. Hope someone gets to enjoy 2 side salads on us tonight! Absolutely phenomenal. Tempted to order again tomorrow or go dine in and just get some slices. There was plenty of seating inside. Bathrooms in the back were tidy, just a tight hallway squeeze with the soda storage in the hallway (also: they had coke and Pepsi! Ordering online just said Pepsi) Highly recommend for families coming to Great Wolf!
