I ordered 3 times in a row a specific pizza that mind you is a specialty. 3 times in a row they couldn’t make it right. I was offered one refund last week and still haven’t received it so I doubt the kid actually did it. Tonight I ordered beef steak and bacon pizza. They made a bacon and sausage. I don’t even like sausage. I’ve already reached out to corporate. Calling gets your no where and they demand you pay the 5 and change delivery fee again to resend an order you paid to be delivered correct the first time. I will never order delivery here again. If I get pick up I will be sure to check it before I leave but I’d rather just drive twice as far and deal with the lehighton store. They passed elementary school and can read a ticket.

So I called the store and the person in charge says let me call the delivery person (Joseph) and he did and came back over and said he left it outside the apartment building!!!!!! (Because the apartment building door was locked he said). Um no and no. First off it’s never locked - Amazon, ups etc knows to leave packages outside apartment doors… and how would we get to our apartments if the apartment building door is locked!?? I told him over and over his delivery driver is lying and he said no, he followed your instructions.. I kept telling him - my instructions say the third floor- apartment three- NOT OUTSIDE!!!!! (Where anyone walking by can and will take it!!!!!) he kept insisting that he followed the instructions!!!!!! Very rude- needs to be reported and fired. Both person in charge and delivery driver. Extremely inappropriate!!!’ You do not argue with customers!!!!! You follow instructions!!!! Especially when paying $60 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks!!!! Then he says with an attitude (after 5 mins of arguing with me)…. It will be an hour and a half til we can get a new order out to you…. It’s now been almost 2 hours and NOTHING!!!!!!! Sickening! Adding to this…. They never came… I called back and they left work(Chris and Joseph) Chris being the one in charge…. Joseph being the lying, not able to follow English instructions and they took my $60… and I got no delivery… going to work at calling dominoes headquarters. And work nonstop at getting the two of them fired. They ruined my son’s birthday and messed with the wrong person. Also left me on hold for an hour. Yup you 2 messed with the wrong person. Better go apply at Pizza Hut.

My pizza came with pepperoni NO CHEESE!!!!! he claimed to have called my cell 3x yet it’s funny i have not one missed call. The little boy then goes to explain to me he can remake the pizza but he would have to charge me for it all while i already spent $23 on a salad, this pizza and parm bites. This dominos will absolutely never earn my business again thanks to the “manager” on duty.
