  As we came into the restaurant, there was some supervisors that look like outside today and it is approximately about 415 we came. They look like they were having a meeting. They also look like they're having a meeting inside. The Place windows are dirty. The service is horrible and there's stuff all over the floor as supervisors coming to look at the store and I'm sure they're coming from different places to look at this place to see if it's kept up that's horrible. They need to tell the employees the windows need to be cleaned. The doors need to be wiped off and a supervise. Our manager has left out to go do something. This is horrible. I don't know what's happening to our restaurants or fast food, but something needs to be done as they are having a meeting inside the restaurant and still not having the employees clean things up or get on it. The window should not be all fingerprinted. There's dirty tables here so whoever the people are coming to look and check out the things in the restaurant there's about eight of them. This is horrible horrible business just horrible all the way around somebody needs to get the restaurant together. It was not like this as a kid, it was very clean very well organized definitely not that way

  4-4-26. Multiple items missing from our order, half filled cups of fries and a toddler could have made the sandwiches better than what we were given.

  Food is mid, its arbys. However, they never give me my horsey sauce. You'd think every bag would just get some packets of horsey sauce. Even the receipt says 3 horsey sauce and I got zero!
