  I had an outstanding experience at Arby’s and wanted to recognize the General Manager, Shawn, for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, fast, and professional. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and exactly as ordered, and the entire team seemed genuinely happy to help. What really stood out was Shawn’s leadership and customer service. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s clear he takes pride in both his staff and the overall guest experience. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Shawn and his team truly exceeded expectations. Thank you for such a positive experience—I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!
