The restaurant was also very dirty, disorganized, and in need of better overall management. The cold brew and iced coffee also need to be recalibrated, as both drinks were extremely watered down. For a franchise location, this was very disappointing. This location clearly needs some attention and support to improve both its cleanliness and organization, service speed, beverage quality, and food safety practices

Today was lemonade, oat milk, and who even knows what else. The employees there are champs for dealing with the customers in such a professional fashion for a location that NEVER HAS ANYTHING! I don't know who runs this location but lock in and do better because this is ridiculous. I also bit into my sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese and one, it wasn't sweet black pepper bacon and two, whatever plastic taste it emitted was so overpowering and tasted nothing like what the sandwich normally tastes like. Lock in and do better.

They often have an attitude when I ask for even a simple change to my order, which makes for a very unpleasant customer experience. On my most recent visit, my coffee was made incorrectly and had so much sweetener added that it was almost impossible to drink. It was so overly sweet that it actually made my throat feel itchy. I'm not sure if the order was entered wrong or made incorrectly, but it was definitely not what I requested. To make matters worse, the outside of the cup was sticky and dirty from spilled coffee and sweetener. Basic cleanliness and attention to detail seem to be lacking. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and customers should not feel like a burden for asking for a simple modification to their order. Management should consider providing additional customer service training or hiring staff who are more professional and welcoming. This via the last time I’ll be purchasing from this place I rather drive extract miles
