- AOAmy OrellanaJun 23, 20261.0Every time I visit this Dunkin', the employees seem rude and unhappy. They often have an attitude when I ask for even a simple change to my order, which makes for a very unpleasant customer experience. On my most recent visit, my coffee was made incorrectly and had so much sweetener added that it was almost impossible to drink. It was so overly sweet that it actually made my throat feel itchy. I'm not sure if the order was entered wrong or made incorrectly, but it was definitely not what I requested. To make matters worse, the outside of the cup was sticky and dirty from spilled coffee and sweetener. Basic cleanliness and attention to detail seem to be lacking. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and customers should not feel like a burden for asking for a simple modification to their order. Management should consider providing additional customer service training or hiring staff who are more professional and welcoming. This via the last time I’ll be purchasing from this place I rather drive extract miles

And it ended up taking an hour of my morning due to how long it took to get the initial sandwich, realizing it wasn’t the right one, getting back in line, waiting again, all to be given the wrong sandwich again. This time it was burnt, still with the wrong cheese, and three pieces of unseasoned bacon. On top of that, I asked for no sweetener in my Matcha and it has four pumps. I’m absolutely never returning to this Dunkin again. Very poor quality of service, very hectic atmosphere and no one seems to know what’s going on.
