  Order mobile pick up to avoid the drive thru lane that never seems to move. Sign on the door says you still have to pick it up via drive thru and the door is locked.

  They are always out of sauce and won’t tell you that while you’re ordering so you have to go back through the drive through or go into the lobby to get some. Defeats the purpose of a drive through. If you’re out of something that someone orders, maybe let them know you’re out of stock so they don’t get pissed off later?

  There was a staff member working tonight that was being generally unprofessional in how they were holding themselves in a customer facing environment. He was tossing food onto the mobile pick up racks and counters with little regard for the contents. I also heard a comment along the lines of "Being too stupid to understand English", which I assume is in reference to a customer they were dealing with. This behavior is unprofessional in any industry and should be frowned upon.

  Food wasn’t terrible, but the customer service sure was. I asked the gentleman with long hair and a beard for fire & hot sauce for my 3 items was told they were out of hot which was fine, but then was handed TWO fire sauce and when i politely asked for more after waiting a couple minutes i was told to come inside for more. When i did come inside there was absolutely no sauce even put out in the lobby. So i go back to the drive thru. He ignored me at the window and then a couple minutes later i was handed more fire sauce. I don’t know what was so complicated from the beginning, but the man was very rude and should work on his customer service skills.

  Dude I waited 40 min for 2 tiny items is this not a fast food place. Lit absolutely insane considering the location is on north atherton so it’s gonna be the busiest location in state college but is somehow understaffed. Do yall not get in trouble for long drive thru wait times like im genuinely confused bc why does everyone who comes here wait 1 hr for 2 gah damn crusty ass tacos bruh
