  HORRIBLE customer service, this lady rolled her eyes at me and then started yelling at me for doing a light knock and patiently waiting at the front door not knowing It was temporarily closed but I didn’t drive there I walked. She then handed me my food with aggression. This lady was working today Tuesday 7/7/26 and 12:40pm. I will never go back there again!

  This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. First let's talk about the employees actively talking negatively about other employees and customers. And doing so loud enough that I could hear them plain as day all the way across the lobby. Second the soda machine in the lobby had the soda flavors mixed up so who knows what your actually drinking. I wanted sugar free Baja blast and got the purple mountain do. I emptied my cup and squirted 4 of 5 other flavors and didn't get a single flavor that matched the label. 3rd the floors were dirty and the tables were sticky. 4th my fries were ice cold like they had been made hours before. And finally one of my tacos had a hair wrapped in with it baked into the cheese.

  It was my first time eating in this place, and the truth is that I had a bad impression, I ordered my food on the counter and waited for my order, and a man threw my food in a bad way, it is very unpleasant to see the customer service in this place what a pity

  Rude horrible service. Having a bad day doesn’t mean you get to be rude to your customers.

  Order mobile pick up to avoid the drive thru lane that never seems to move. Sign on the door says you still have to pick it up via drive thru and the door is locked.
