Drive Thru cashier was AI and couldn’t get a single thing on my order right, which caused me to pay almost double the amount, but on the bright side the food was decent

Foods always good, only reason they get 1 star is because they literally serve you watery soda and are okay with it, they literally handed me a Baja blast that was mostly water with a hint of green and was like HaVe A GoOd DaY🤪 and never change the syrup in the dispenser for soda in the dining room and ESPECIALLY the drive thru. so every single time I go it never fails, dish water soda each time. It genuinely makes a person irritated after spending a lot money there over the years.

Shoutout to Luke who made my order for me and was so kind! I placed an order through the mobile app for a certain time, and I arrived a little bit later than the time I ordered for. My order wasn't on the pick up table, and Luke was welcoming and was so kind and patient with me! Greatly appreciated!!

Waited for 1 hour while they gave food to people that walked way after us.

Takes them forever to give you your order, ive went twice and both times had 1 hour waits when the place was empty. Pick a different location
