  Walked in there with no one in there… girl finally walks out after a minute or two and headphones in…phone in hand… continuously asking what? What? Like get the air pods out of your ears and listen…

  Ever since they changed workers, customer service and the quality of food have gone way down. The girl that works over lunch is always talking on her blue tooth and sometimes it takes her forever to come out from the back.

  The woman who works weekday afternoons spends all her time on the phone, even when serving customers. It's hard to tell when she's talking to you or the phone. Also, the bread was stale.

  Employee was on a phone call the entire time, rude when assisting me, and could not hear my order so I had to repeat myself 3-4 times. I was also the only one in the restaurant and it took way longer than necessary. They also had very limited chip selections

  Giving a one star just because the cookies are once again hard as a brick. It’s not rocket science on how to not over bake cookies. One time I ordered a six pack of white chocolate macadamia and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them . Today I gave them another chance and ordered two white chocolate raspberry and two oatmeal. They had run out of the white chocolate raspberry so he substituted with white chocolate macadamia cookies. I checked them before I left and they were all hard as a brick. She did try to offer me the double chocolate but I don’t like that flavor. So I left all four cookies that I paid for with the cashier. Please learn how to make soft cookies. I used to work at Subway in high school so I know the quality of cookies customers should be served. Worst subway i have been to so far
