  Bad service the one with the red hair was so rude I asked for honey mustard and sugar to the side and looked in the bag and didn’t get it. This service here is awful. And then when I asked she gave me a rude attitude and slammed the window shut.

  Male manager with glasses was very kind and replaced my food bc overcooked/burnt. Very kind and fast. Great customer service

  THIS LOCATION DOES NOT SERVE FRAPPE'S! The machine is always broken. Now there's even a sign on the drive-through menu that it's down for emergency maintenance. It was broken two weeks ago when I went. On that occasion I bought food because I was hungry and the food was so bad I threw it away. The top couple fries were fresh but they were on top of some old nasty potato sticks. The nuggets weren't edible, they were so old. They were warm, which tells me that the food had been sitting for hours under the lamps. Several months ago I went in and the frappe machine was broken. Is it still broken? Is it broken again? Do they even have a machine? Today I went just for a frappe and I was prepared to give the food another chance, but the machine was broken so I didn't order anything.
