  I am writing to formally express my frustration with the consistently poor service I have received at this location. This is not a one-time issue, this has been an ongoing problem during nearly every visit over the past two months. On a regular basis, the staff working the drive-thru display unprofessional behavior, including clear attitudes when taking orders. There have been multiple instances where I asked simple questions about menu items and was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. That level of customer service is unacceptable. My most recent visit on 5/4/26 at approximately 8:32 PM was particularly unacceptable. I waited in line while multiple vehicles on the opposite side had their orders taken, yet no one acknowledged me. After being ignored, I pulled up to the window and was told I needed to drive all the way back around to place my order. When I questioned this, I was told there were only two employees working. While I understand staffing challenges, that does not excuse ignoring customers or refusing to provide reasonable service. As a former McDonald’s manager, I am fully aware of the standards expected in these situations, and this location is clearly failing to meet them. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. At this point, this location has lost my business. I expect this issue to be addressed, as no customer should have to deal with this level of service on a consistent basis.

  I just ordered some breakfast been up all night was going to go to the one on Benner pike but they were closed at 5am when it said they were open. Anyways ordered McMuffins got biscuits, ordered hashbrowns all burnt and extremely greasy. Also got a sausage with bacon McGriddle I don’t eat meat normally so needed it extra crispy I said it at least 3 times and didn’t even give it to my dog it was so under cooked. Idk what’s wrong with this place but something needs to change. Absolutely disgusting.

  I will preface this by stating I typically have a lot of empathy for night shifts at fast food places. They deal with a lot. However-- At about 11pm, I pulled up to order screen (of two available), Monday night, a few cars in the drive thru, I've been here many times over several years. I could hear someone taking orders on the other screen, but nobody initiated on mine. I waited about 6 minutes, repeatedly saying 'hello?' as loudly as I could. Nothing, as multiple cars complete their order in the other lane. I notice a sign on the order kiosk about ordering at the window if you have accessibility needs. I figure between that (an ADA requirement?) and the designated waiting parking spots for drive thru, I can try ordering at the window. Eventually get to the window, where I try to explain the situation and why I haven't been able to order. Instead, the employee insists that someone is working that order screen, it isn't broken, and I have to drive around to try again because she can't take an order at the window. No apologies for the inconvenience, confusion regarding why I haven't been able to order or to offer (even symbolically) to make sure the technology is working and someone is working, just immediately argumentative and positioning me as either a huge inconvenience to her work flow (perhaps, but uh, I'm also a customer?) or just stupid for not being able to order via the perfectly functioning order screen. Driving around, or going into the store, is not a huge deal, of course. But I figure if this is the customer service to be expected for essentially a non-issue, why bother? Went to Sheetz instead, not feeling inclined to come back here. My experience (of not being able to order; questionable customer service) seems reflected in other reviews, suggesting a larger pattern that I have no interest further exploring. I can't imagine this kind of practice holds up re: the ADA and for those who need accommodations ordering. I recommend avoiding it (however you can in a small town) if you need any disability accommodations or if you simply value customer service.
