  I just paid almost $10 for a double cheeseburger, medium fry and a drink. And then the manager tried charging me 61 cents extra for barbecue sauce. Poor customer service. Manager was very nasty.

  Took over twenty minutes to get my order after I used the mobile app in the restaurant and I only ordered a fish sandwich and a drink which I had to grab my own cup....

  The restaurant seemed to be clean. Food was good. Calm but they don't seem to understand table service. I ordered twice using the McDonald's app, both times selecting the table service and entering my table information, and the food was simply left on the counter waiting for me to come pick it up. Not sure why this happens but if McDonald's provides that as an option, some people may only be able to do this comfortably since they are not healthy. Others may appreciate the convenience but if it is not provided then it becomes a detriment to the service rating. Hopefully they work on this in training and otherwise it seems to be a good restaurant

  I’ll draft this review from the drive-thru line, where - at 7:30pm - waits of 15-25 minutes in the drive-thru have become too commonplace…. And you can’t escape. The fence, then falling (moving!)(stopped) off a retaining wall - now there’s a commitment to this. (Currently in park while typing). I’m not sure if it’s a hiring issue, ownership, management…. Who is responsible for the unique delays at this place? And why do I have so much time to type so many words? Maybe this just becomes my blogspot while parked here. (Moving!)(stopped). Three more cars to go. Anyway, the color scheme is remarkably unnotable with this brick, (question from the window: “how many mobile orders did I have?” Uh oh. Not a great omen. I only ordered one mobile orders, and I didn’t know multiple orders were possible. I thought you got blocked out after the first. 7:32 is the receipt time, 7:49 the current time, and 16 minutes is a lot of time. Almost a whole hockey period, I say nervously, omenously noting I’m still here.

  Have the options available that the Philipsburg McDonald’s has available on their menu and I’ll change the review. Why can’t h order a triple cheeseburger meal at your store? Why can’t I upgrade the $6 McDouble meal to a medium fry. I can do both of those things at Philipsburg McDonald’s. Load of crap.
