Especially with literally ZERO evidence anywhere saying the deli closes at 7 and I literally called before going in to 100% certify I wouldn’t get there after it closes and the customer service rep LITERALLY said it closes at 8 and when I got there at 7:12 low and behold it was closed and they wouldn’t even let me order despite being only 10 minutes after. Please Giant, there is no reason to both have zero promotion saying when it closes with even your own customer service employees (who are paid to know this stuff btw) not knowing while also running your deli like it’s the Stasi.
