I’m not sure when you decided to replace one of the only actual user friendly self check out systems for one that is complete shit, but reply to this review when you decide to go back to the old one. Until then, I, one of the top rated Instacart shoppers in the area, will not be returning to this store to shop for myself or Instacart customers. And I often come get my lunch from giant. But I can go somewhere else. Yeah. Just let me know when it stops beeping if it didn’t scan the item. I don’t have time to waste waiting on an attendant because it beeped like it scanned the item and then apparently didn’t scan it and won’t let me continue until the attendant comes over.
