While I was waiting for my food another customer got a grilled cheese that wasn’t made right and had to send it back. Doubt she’ll be back. I certainly won’t be coming here again.

Not exactly a welcoming experience. Then they forgot about my milkshake entirely and only gave me my burger. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes just for the shake while my food was already sitting there. Mistakes happen, but the attitude from the start combined with having to wait an extra 20 minutes for something I had already paid for made this a really disappointing experience. Definitely not what I expect from Five Guys.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
