You walk in hungry, thinking it’ll be quick, and instead you’re stuck watching employees move like they’ve got all the time in the world, no sense of pace, no awareness that there’s a line building behind you. And the worst part is, it’s not even complicated work—scoop rice, add protein, move it down the line—yet somehow orders still get messed up constantly. You ask for something simple and they either forget it, barely give you any of it, or look at you like you just asked them to solve a math equation. There’s zero consistency—one day your bowl is packed, the next it looks like they rationed it out of spite. And the attitude? Half the time it feels like they’re annoyed you showed up at all, like you’re the problem for expecting basic service. It’s just frustrating because it shouldn’t be this hard. It’s fast food—emphasis on fast—but somehow they turn it into this slow, disorganized, borderline painful experience every single time.
