  Woman working the counter was rude and impatient. I couldn't hear the questions she was asking me when I asked her to speak up she sighed and didn't speak any louder. The overall noise in the building was super loud as the people in the back goofed off. The dining area was disgusting to say the least. I used my own wet wipes to clean off a place for us to sit. We were only there about 20 minutes to eat and leave thankfully. Within that time they had several gaps in being busy and could have easily cleaned up a bit.

  I come here often and I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Here’s my experience: • I don’t usually sit inside and eat, but from what I’ve seen the restaurant isn’t that dirty. It seems like a normal amount mostly from customers who never learned to pick up after themselves. The trash cans are emptied regularly too. • Very few times have they been out of one of the things I want (and I get a lot of things!). So this issue probably depends heavily on what time you go (I go in the afternoon, never near closing or early morning). • One thing I’ll say is the soda machines can malfunction. Sometimes they run out of ice, or I press Coke and it comes out white (out of syrup) so I have to choose another. • One of the employees can come off a little rude, but all the rest are very friendly and helpful. The employees in the back don't seem unprofessional to me. They seem to just be enjoying themselves a little bit while getting the job done. I’ve never heard music be too loud or have explicit rap lyrics. Overall, this is a pretty good location in my opinion. Some improvements could push it to 5 stars. I will definitely continue coming here.

  They were busy and possible short, but very efficient and friendly! Amazing and filling meal-chips could've been fresher, but the bowl/service made up for that.

  I just want to say all of the lemonade were out and were molding, they look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, my soda had things floating in it from the dispensary machine, my bowl had very very little amount in it didn’t even fill the bottom of my bowl and I had plenty of things listed for it to be full, the floor was disgusting and there was trash just laying on tables while when I went up to the counter the lady had to get off of the counter from sitting there on her phone to help me, I’m very very disappointed I’ve been to such better chipotles around, this is by far my worst experience and it’s disgusting and I will never be coming back. Such a waste of money
