  Cold fries, wings and the worst definition of cheesy fries I have ever seen. Would only recommend if you enjoy terrible food. This place sucks.

  This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location, with truly horrible customer service. I placed an order through their app, and after waiting over two hours with no delivery, I decided to cancel. When I called, I was told the order would be canceled, but I later received another call from a different employee who told me to contact DoorDash instead. DoorDash does not handle refunds for orders placed through the Buffalo Wild Wings app, so I was left without any resolution. I tried calling the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant again after contacting DoorDash, but no one answered to assist me further. Poor customer service is an understatement. I would not recommend ordering from this location. I feel completely taken advantage of. I have no food, and I’m down $30.30 out of my bank account as Buffalo Wild Wings didn’t let the delivery driver pick up my order. Buffalo Wild Wings should have let the order be picked up because the employees stated they were unable to cancel my order.

  My friend and I stopped in for some, drinks, and to watch the game. The service at our table was extremely slow and the server didn’t even ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. When we initially arrived and sat down it took at least 15 minutes or so before we even got a server and received our waters and there were only a few tables in there. This was the 4th time I’ve been in there since they opened and there seems to be slow service every single time. Not to mention the boneless wings were horrible. My buddy ordered miled buffalo wings and they came to the table looking like they had sat out and were super salty. The server seemed uninterested and made us feel rushed with each request. Finally we just decided to move to the bar where the service was much faster. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I’d say that tonight was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

  I’m surprised by the negative reviews of this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We were a party of 5 adults and had a very nice lunch. Our server was very personable and competent. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. The beer was cold and the wings were “hot”! Great atmosphere, clean and bright. My only comment is that my order of wings were slightly over done. Other than that I have no complaints.
