I got the sweet and salty today and it was great. The pumpkin shake however was a HUGE disappointment. They were busy so I didn't make a big deal, but it looked like a vanilla shake. I specifically asked if this was the pumpkin shake and she said yes. I left and pulled up the menu and it says it comes with whipped cream and drizzle and it definitely didn't. Great tunes and upbeat staff though.

I think the apple chai they make just healed something in me. The workers are efficient, and tend to be cheerful, even on downright miserable days. The atmosphere is good and so is the coffee

I usually have little/no wait time and employees are always polite, but service around 4pm monday was a 3/10 max. The girls taking orders passed over me and started taking cars behind me (sometimes happens, I understand)... I even tried to flag one of them down for help but she just looked at me and continued talking with another employee (and then continued taking orders further down the line). The cars behind me had already gotten their drinks before I got up to the front. Once I was up at the front I told the dude that nobody has taken my order despite how far in line I had gotten, and he was nice about it at least and got my order asap. I'm thinking its because my car is old? The cars around me were all newer model SUVs, and I was in an older sedan which makes me think there's some weird car prejudice happening? Today really turned me away from coming to this 7brew again :(

I have tried 4 times now everything in the menu is just bad their shakes are bad just go to meyers their coffee is bad hell I prefer a sheetz coffee over this slop I dont get the hype at all the lemonade are hit and miss some are pretty decent though but who goes to a coffee place for just some lemonade. The one positive is the staff has always been extremely helpful and very polite but overall if you like overpaying for a mid at best product you can make at home this is the place for you
