  Coffee is very good, but they fill up your drink too much with ice. I didn't pay for ice i paid for coffee. You will inevitably respond to this, thus I want a refund.

  Great place for a quick coffee on the go. The Bavarian Mocha is great if you like chocolate.

  My experiences here have been consistently disappointing. They’ve messed up my drink order a handful of times, and each time I’ve been met with poor customer service. Instead of offering to remake my drink or provide a refund, I’ve had employees refuse to do either, leaving me to pay for something that wasn’t what I ordered. On top of that, several of the employees I’ve interacted with have been rude and unprofessional, which only made the situation more frustrating. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business handles those mistakes that matters. A simple apology and willingness to make things right would have gone a long way.

  Stressful. Busy. It was our first time and it was packed. It's only a drive through and they took our order a ways away from the window. There was no menu and it was chaotic and felt very rushed.
