  An amazing meal. Imari was just awesome i watched her visit every single table she took an order for at the counter. Even the little boy that promised to share his food with her. She certainly goes above and beyond and should be recognized for that. She made m 1st visit pleasant. Thanks Imari and smash burger.

  Foods good, service is ight but the atmosphere is terrible. I dont believe they clean in there and its always dark. Better off taking your food to go

  The cashier literally watched me hit ‘no tip’ on a takeout order after ordering a burger and fries, then gave me a look like I personally offended them. And this tiny cup of fries was $4? Come on. Not really sure why I’m expected to tip for a 10-second counter interaction and a bag handed across the register. Don’t be mad I didn’t tip… try smiling instead. Burger was decent, but the value and overall experience just didn’t match the price.

  Me and my family came in at 9:00 we received the worst customer service fires was cold and they were rushing us out because they were closing soon very unprofessional not sure who is running this place

  I had an incredible experience at Smashburger, and it was all thanks to Johnathan. From the moment I walked in, he provided some of the best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure every part of the meal was perfect. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. If you’re heading here, definitely look for Johnathan—he really goes above and beyond!
