  Very disappointed in my visit today. The first young man that I asked where something was located had no idea and directed me to another associate who had no idea either and on top of that didn't speak English... Don't put your workers on the floor if they don't know where items are and don't speak English.

  Went here yesterday which was Saturday 7/19. Went to buy flowers asked 3 different employees how much the DIY carnations were. After 20 mins 3 employees later was told not in the system they have no idea. How can that be. Why sell flowers,?? Disgusted.

  This is for Giant Catering at this location. I had a party out in Springfield and ordered a fruit tray, a vegetable tray, and a tray of mac and cheese. All of it was great. I was SO blown away by the size of the fruit and veggie trays, and especially the quality. I always cut and pick all of the produce myself for parties, but was pressed for time and decided to order. I will do this every time. So much easier. The mango, blueberries, cantaloupe, tomatoes, all of it so fresh. It will never be worth it for me to do it myself again. Giant on Baltimore Pike did a really nice job. Very nice people too.

  really misleading price tags from the corporation. also i got three containers of raspberries here. one went bad in a day despite being refrigerated and the other two tasted unbelievably sour. really nice staff.

  I’m really disappointed in a cake order I picked up today. I placed the order on Wednesday for Saturday pickup. The party is tomorrow morning so I have no option but to serve these, but I’m embarrassed to be doing so. The reason I chose Giant is because the cakes in the case always look great, and at a recent birthday party we attended the cake looked and tasted great. When I complimented the host on it she let me know it was from Giant. The cakes I received look nothing like the quality I expected. The writing is uneven and crooked. The decorations look rushed. Looking at these cakes I was surprised they were considered ready for pickup. I’m sure they will taste fine, but the appearance was disappointing for a special occasion.
