- MKMayata Kamara3 days ago1.0Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! A very aggressive & rude Atmosphere . This isn’t my first noticing this behavior at this establishment. After my food was made wrong and I noticed & spoke up right away , the wife at this establishment came up to me and started yelling at me she then proceeded to take the drink back . She didn’t remake the drink but she just adds what was missing and instead of handing it back to me she put it off to the side , as I waited another 5-8 mins her husband finally sees what she did and hands its off to me . Due to poor customer service I asked for a refund which infuriated the Wife . The wife starts to yell at me for another going 5 mins , trying to escalate this now and a whole argument… proceeds to ask why do I want a refund & continues to yell some more & say “ I AM WRONG “ . After a while she finally decided to give me back my refund .
