All I asked was can you heat up my avocado along with the toast so that it’s all warm and I was denied for the first time in my 1.2 million trips to Dunkin’ Donuts the manager in the morning black hat, black shirt, ruined my experience

I hate leaving bad reviews I’m not a picky guy but when you make me feel like I’m bothering you and I’m the one paying for the service that’s a problem. The customer isn’t always right but they should be respected when he’s bringing you business and being respectful to you. I love DD’s food but it’s starting to feel like the people running it only care about the money.

Sat 1/10/2026 we walked in at 5:12pm and they were putting out the trash and my wife ask the gentleman to please wash his hands after dealing with the trash. He said I will but wanted to help us first. He got mad felt he didn't have to and we left.
