- EEEast Coast Eater1 day ago1.0Poor experience My total was 6.56. I paid 10.55, assuming I handed over 60 cents to make the change easier and clean up my coins. Instead of using common sense or simply letting me know I was 1 cent short so I could give her a penny, the cashier froze for 2-3 mins struggling with the math, eventually handing back 3.99. Yes 99 cents (forget about the numerous times you round the total in your favor). I don’t judge anyone's math skills but please apply common sense. She might be technically right but terrible experience for me.

- JAJeannie AustinSep 4, 20262.0I have been going to the Springfield location for years and in the past three or four months of service has gotten so bad that now I have to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts I specifically asked for extra ice all the time in my drinks and two out of 10 times I might get it. I went in this morning at 8 o’clock and it was extremely busy. The parking lot was full in front and back and inside was just people backed up. It was crazy. I do mobile orders so of course I didn’t pick up my order cause there’s nowhere to park at this point. So obviously, I spent over four dollars for nothing. I noticed in the last few months. They have young kids working there who don’t want to be there not sure what happened to the regular step because they were quite awesome.

Then she handed me to slip and said thank you have a nice day without telling me that I had to go down to the end to pick up my food. There I stand for 15-20 minutes at the end waiting for my food. Some other American person comes in ask me what I'm doing she said I should have got my Donuts down the other end with the cashier do I know that this place should close

After my food was made wrong and I noticed & spoke up right away , the wife at this establishment came up to me and started yelling at me she then proceeded to take the drink back . She didn’t remake the drink but she just adds what was missing and instead of handing it back to me she put it off to the side , as I waited another 5-8 mins her husband finally sees what she did and hands its off to me . Due to poor customer service I asked for a refund which infuriated the Wife . The wife starts to yell at me for another going 5 mins , trying to escalate this now and a whole argument… proceeds to ask why do I want a refund & continues to yell some more & say “ I AM WRONG “ . After a while she finally decided to give me back my refund .
