  Stood in line for 10 minutes before I left and it wasn’t because of the wait but because of the condition of the Store and kitchen, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the guy making the food never hadn’t changed his gloves the entire time I was in there while I was watching him touch fridges, table, food and dirty rags completely unhygienic I had to leave immediately. I understand being in a rush and not having time to clean but there is always time to change gloves and AVOID cross contaminating.

  Went in around 7:00pm for dinner and the employees said they were only doing mobile orders so we had to order online which made no sense since all the food out was out. Another customer came in and asked why is it only online and they said they had a problem with the police??? Why should that be the reason you have to online order. This is also not the first time I’ve gone there and you have to online order.

  I had a weird error picking up on the app. I had added two bowls, but only one saved. Thankfully it did not charge me for the second, but I was very disappointed. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but they didn't seem to care about my issue. I know it is not there fault for an app glitch, but I would have appreciated a better resolution to my issue. My pick up order also included a drink to which I needed to return to the store to recieve after the fact. As a longtime customer of the store, I was really disappointed with what happened today. Hope they can do better in the future.

  When I walked inside there was a line. There was a young girl with her arms folded watching the young man make everyone’s order, waiting to ring everyone up. The store was completely disgusting. Food all over the floors, on the tables. The food station where they prepared the food was in complete disarray. I could not tell who was in charge or I would have told them how disgusting their establishment is.

  Closing before you are scheduled to is highly unprofessional and is crucial to avoiding bad reviews, like this one. I also found that the Qdoba, which also closes at 10PM, was closing. For clarity, I mean removing food and storing or disposing of it. Not just cleaning surfaces, etc. Food should remain available until it is officially time to close. This is an example for why jobs like this will be automated. Either we correct this behavior as supervisors, managers, and franchises or there will be peopleless service.
