The worker was so rude , ZERO customer service skills. I wouldn’t even send my dog there to eat. I wish I could get my money back. Come on clean up a little the food all over the floor was ridiculous. I should have taken pictures for proof.

- CVChris VAug 4, 20261.0I was actually excited at first because they gave me great portions. The burrito looked like it was going to be one of the best Chipotle burritos I’ve had. Unfortunately, the person making it had no idea how to wrap a burrito. It completely fell apart while they were trying to roll it, so I had to ask for a bowl just to salvage my meal. Even after that, I tried eating half of the burrito first, and it fell apart exactly like I expected. Chipotle really needs to retrain the staff at this location on how to roll burritos. I don’t know who is responsible for training, but this is a basic skill. It’s frustrating to get a burrito from a place known for burritos and have it completely fall apart. The good portions couldn’t make up for the terrible execution. My entire experience was ruined. 0/10. I won’t be coming back to this location. If you’re thinking about ordering a burrito here, I’d recommend getting a bowl instead.

Would not be wasting my time here. Counter was super dirty. The food prep person was wearing head phone and couldn’t hear what I was saying. He kept saying “huh” several times and then took his headphones out
