- BMBrie MallozziApr 30, 20261.0I do really like the food at chipotle but the workers are always so rude it’s ruining it for me. I feel like me coming there is such an inconvenience for them. The lady today had her headphones in and was so rude. I ask for light sour cream and she threw a mountain on there. Everytime I order the staff just throws random amount of toppings in there. I shouldn’t have more cheese than rice.

Asked if that was for everywhere as I’ve never had this happen before, they said only this specific chiptole because it messes up their sales. Never had this issue anywhere else, but it’s expensive as is, I shouldn’t have to pay for extra rice.

I went in today with a free entree voucher (which i received from this same chipotle after they so kindly gave me a free sample of steak in my vegetarian sofritas bowl) and they told me it had been used already. As im arguing with the manager one of the employees ringing me up uses his company meal to pay for mine. Without saying anything to me about it and without asking me. The only reason i know he did this is he says to me " so i dont get a thank you?" As he's bagging the food. Which leads to an argument where im telling him thats messed and he shouldnt have to do that. This goes nowhere and i start to walk away while the same employee just keeps talking about how its his food now and he can take it right back and even as im walking out the door he's still shouting over to me about how ill be back. So inappropriate and unacceptable especially since this happened right infront of a manager who just let it happen.
