    Be prepared for good food and a premium price, with poor service. Tonight, the waitress spilled a glass of ice water all over me. OK sk2t happens, but offer something like a free refill. I even had to ask to replace the water she spilled on me. We were regulars too.

    I'd driven past Bertucci's on Baltimore Pike countless times and always told myself I'd stop in — glad I finally did, even if it was just a few days before moving out of the area! The ambience is really inviting and sets the right tone for a relaxed Italian dining experience. We ordered the vegetable pizza and it didn't disappoint — fresh toppings, great crust, and everyone at the table enjoyed it. Service was attentive and friendly throughout. My only regret is not coming here sooner! If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

    Sat at the bar for 5 minutes and didn’t even get asked for my drink when there were 3 waitresses there and no one came over. Then they all vanished and didn’t even say a word so I left. Bad service.

    The rolls alone are so worth the drive, everything was so yummy. I had the spaghetti aglio e olio and it was awesome. My husband loved the chicken piccata and my son loved his pizza! We traveled from michigan but we highly recommend and will come again if we find ourselves in the area. Heather was warm, friendly and attentive, bringing more rolls and a whole pitcher of water to keep our glasses full. Two thumbs up!

    First two visits were good. Food is always great, but the service was especially lacking on my third. It was my highschool graduation dinner with my dad and brother and the waitress forgot to put in one of my dishes and forgot the salad that was supposed to come with one of the dishes. We were placed by the host and waited nearly 10 minutes to even get our waters. Never refilled after. She gave us the check and then never picked it up so we ended up going to the front and paying (they usually come to you.) It was not busy, maybe 1/4-1/3 of the restaurant full. Looked like she had maybe two other tables.
