  I will never come back to this place again! Yesterday, I tipped the bartender twice, but I didn’t tip a third time. They didn’t have any beer options except for one kind. When I didn’t leave another tip, the bartender made such a scene that I felt embarrassed in front of everyone. I regret even coming here. This was my last visit, and I will never set foot in this place again! I remember exactly what happened. I don’t like bottled beer; I prefer draft beer. I asked the bartender twice what draft beers were available, and both times I was told that only one light beer was available, which I don’t like. I remember this very clearly.

  I love steam! Everybody is so nice and personable. The drinks and food are great. I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend!

  10/4/2026- update: Not sure what happened this past year. Always do date night at STEAM, but think either the cook(s) changed or decided to leave, and the business decided to downgrade food quality. It’s ashame, really enjoyed the eats previously and kept my gf and I coming back.

  Steam was our go to for a long time. We hadn’t been there in a bit and really was looking forward to a dinner out and getting back there, unfortunately we left really disappointed. The service was fine but the menu is a shell of what it once was. Many of their great choices no longer are on the menu. Additionally my wife’s order was prepared wrong and needed to be sent back and my salad, their signature salad came missing half the ingredients and no dressing. I am not sure what is happening there but they were out of many food choices, beers and liquor. Sad to see such and awesome place go in such a different direction.

  Marley took care of us for our first dinner here ever, tonight. She is so very nice and attentive. I never had to wait for a refill and she anticipated our every need. Will be requesting her again for every visit here. Thank you Marley, you were AMAZING!!!
