  Melissa, the associate in self checkout, was very friendly and helpful today. Overall the employees at this giant are some of the nicest people I see on regular basis (especially in self checkout) and Melissa’s holding that torch strongly. Management, if you’re reading this, give this woman a raise.

  Shout out to Kevin (the cart kid who was working this afternoon) and the long haired cart kid for always seeing me with my special needs son and the special Caroline cart and ALWAYS bringing it back into the store so I dont need to leave my son in the cart! You guys do not get enough recognition.

  Helen was a delight the other morning. I came in and had no idea how to use the extra coupons you have to clip in the app (I'm over 55 so don't judge), but Helen looked to be older than me and was very kind, patient and knowledgeable! She helped me get the apples I purchased for the coupon price which saved me $5.00! In this economy, that is a win! Another individual, and I am embarrassed to say I have not looked at her name tag, is the lovely lady manning the self-checkout lane. She is THE MOST helpful, EVER! She always asks if I found everything I was looking for and one time, when I couldn't find the babybel cheese, she found it for me while I was ringing up the rest of my cart and then brought two options from which I could choose! Giant in Souderton, you have some fantastic employees! Thank you!! But a note to corporate, can we get rid of the extra step to clip the coupons in the app. Isn't our phone number enough? We all could use a break right now when it comes to food and saving money. Thank you!
