  Deberian de mejorar la calidad de sus bolsas y como sellar las comida ya que hice una compra y cuando llegue la bolsa se rompio y la comida cayo al suelo

  8/20 5:50 pick up I kid you not had raw steak in my burrito. I love med rare steak do not get me wrong but this was colder than the quac on the burrito. I get it there was a long line and I was waiting on steak but you cannot just sell me steak like that. I love chipotle but this location needs a real manager instead of having kids run it who have never worked in a restaurant.

  This chipotle always overly plays in my bowl. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING ON THE MENU. And the worst part is when you order online you think they have guacamole and queso and chips so you pay for all of that. Pick up your order, get home and realize none of it is in my bowl. EVERYTIME

  This place is consistently horrible. Employees are rude. Food is bad. Portions are way off. Save yourself the time and drive up 309 to Quakertown or Montgomeryville.

  Every time I give this location another chance, I end up regretting it. While it is by far the most convenient location for my family, I have reached the point where I would rather drive to North Wales than continue dealing with the consistently poor experience at this restaurant. During my most recent visit, I was told that children's quesadillas were unavailable. I politely asked whether a regular quesadilla could simply be cut in half since I had two children who wanted one. I was told this was not possible because the portion would be "too large." When I asked what alternatives were available for children, I was told the only option was to build tacos using soft tortillas. At that point, it was difficult to understand the refusal. The ingredients for a basic cheese quesadilla were clearly available, yet there seemed to be no willingness to consider a simple accommodation or offer a reasonable solution. Rather than attempting to help, the staff responded to each suggestion with visible annoyance and resistance. We ultimately left and drove to the North Wales location, where the staff had no issue finding a way to serve two children a cheese quesadilla. The contrast in customer service was striking. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with what I have encountered at this location over time: items frequently unavailable, staff who appear poorly trained or unwilling to assist customers, and an overall lack of service that makes dining here more frustrating than enjoyable. If management is genuinely interested in improving the customer experience, it should start with empowering employees to solve simple problems rather than creating them.
