- ZZZeldatoday4.0Most people don’t travel with cash anymore yet Dunkin’ Donuts has removed my ability to tip on the charge card reader. I find this offensive I want to be able to tip the person I don’t carry cash! Please bring back the ability to tip these people. They worked their asses off and they’re there when we need them! So has the Dunkin’ Donuts corporation decided to remove the tipping ability from the credit card reader that had to be a corporate decision a bad one! Fix this so people can tip them without cash!

The MTO order submitted after mine was then done beforehand, so I asked for an update. Despite my clarification otherwise, I was informed my order did not go through and that they “don’t know how [that] works.” There was a time when the customer simply would receive a replacement order—no further questions asked. I never even was asked if I was waiting on an order. Assuming I’d now have to reorder, of course, the line was now 5+ people deep. What an awful example of customer service. Just absolute apathy.
