  Service is always excellent, employees are kind, orders are quickly fulfilled, however today for the first time ever, the young woman who rang my order at the drive through handed the entire card reader machine out the window. I asked her why, and she begrudgingly responded that it's Management's attempt to encourage tipping employees. So, Dunkin, why aren't we paying our employees enough money to sustain themselves without soliciting tips? I would tip organically if I placed a tall order and received exceptional service but a daily cup of coffee doesn't warrant solicitation like that. It puts the employee on the spot and guilts your consumers to pay more for their daily order. Uncool, super disappointed by this development and I'll be avoiding Dunkin for a while. The employees are great, but Management? Do better.

  Bathroom was pretty clean, but coffee was watered down. Service was slow and cussing in the back.

  They young lady who waited on us was very pleasant. Great place to stop for some refreshments!

  I went there 3 days in a row to get the new brownie batter donut. Well every single time they were sold out. Just went through again was told they ran out at 11:30, why not make another batch since they are high demand.

  Website says food is available, I order just to get there and be told they do not carry those items anymore. Not the workers fault.
