- JMJulie Myers5 days ago1.0STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN LOCATION I don’t like writing 1 star reviews, but after giving this particular Dunkin many chances to try to do better and after my experience today- they really deserve negative stars. In past experiences i order bakery items that they forget to give me, a bagel that i ask for toasted that is cold and limp… and today I asked for two medium sweet teas and an iced peanut butter protein latte. When i pull up to the window the young girl at the window doesn’t tell me my total and doesn’t read back my order to confirm…she just stares at me. I give her my cash and she hands me my change. THEN she decides to confirm what i ordered and hands me two large sweet teas (i technically asked for mediums and the sticker on the cups said large and may i add she didn’t give me straws for them either) and says “it’s just the two teas right??” I said and i asked for the pb protein latte too She sighs then starts mumbling to another young girl working the front counter. Instead of fixing the mistake she made she makes the front counter girl come handle the problem. I can hear the girl who took over from the front counter yell back to her “so what is it she wanted?” I work in customer service myself- i never raised my voice, i never gave her attitude, i just pointed out to her that she did not add the drink that i did indeed ask for. All the first girl had to do was apologize and fix the problem. I really could have told her she really didn’t follow any of my instructions for ANY of my items but that wouldn’t have been right of me and wouldn’t have solved anything. The way the first girl made such a big deal by making someone else fix her mistake that SHE made was completely unnecessary. Do yourself a huge favor- save yourself some aggravation and go to the Perkasie location. I never have problems at that location.
- MOMike OrfAug 2, 20262.0Store is dirty. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and 2 snack bacon. The sandwich had 2 half slices of bacon. The snack bacon had 3 half slivers of bacon. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning to this location. O would expect to at least be able to taste the bacon on my sandwich. It was basically just egg and cheese.
