Multiple times ive ordered from this place some times its great and the majority of the other times they get everything wrong. I door dashed 3 mcdoubles after a long day at work havent ate all day and boom I get 3 mcdoubles with 1 patty on each sandwhich. How hard is it to read a mcdouble compared to a single cheeseburger. Please do better.the morning shift is usually always on point but after it gets dark I dont know if the workers dont care but everything goes wrong.

If I could’ve given negative starts I would have. I pulled in at 5:25 and did not leave the larking lot until 5:52. It would’ve been one thing had the line been wrapped around the building and I got hot food, but that was not the case Pull up to the window get my drinks none of which have ice in them. I ask about it. The employee says oh I totally forgot my bad. The drinks weren’t even full- 3/4 of the way at best. Then proceeds to ask if I can park, which I did and waited another 15 Minutes. When my food came out, everything was either cool soggy or room temperature And that is being generous. Also asked for sauce, which is not a huge deal, but absolutely was not in the order which I did pay for because it was big Mac and not what was included. Overall, a complete waste of $35 which infuriates me. I have no issue waiting if I’m getting fresh hot food, but since that’s not the case, it is just a huge waste of money. Generally, at this point, I wish I could just have a full refund, but we all know how that’s gonna work

I haven't written a Google review before but I felt compelled to do so after experiencing this McDonald's tonight, because... oh man.
Our meal took about an hour to come. They kept saying it was ready except one item (this excuse started after the first 20 minutes), so they said they were going to go make it (spoiler: they never actually went to make it). So once our food finally came, aside from one item, it was all cold.
The drink machine was supposed to dispense sprite but instead dispensed some bland seltzery liquid. When told about this an employee assured us we must be mistaken. Went to get Sprite again and it tasted the same, so either I lost my sense of taste or they don't know what sprite is. Of course, in addition, both ice dispensers were empty, and the liquid that came out of other dispensers was not cold which made me concerned about the bacteria percentage in my cup. We just gave up on the drinks.
A large number of people complained about waiting over 40 minutes. It took an hour and I had 3 kids waiting with me. Parents know the hell I was dealing with. People behind the counter did not seem to grasp the situation that had created. Then the e happy meal treat was a bucket. Are you kidding me? Is that so they have something to barf the awful food into?
So I drove home after, chewing on my cold fries (which has the consistency of salty wet cardboard at this point) angry that I lost an hour of my life in the franchise that reminded me Idiocracy was a documentary, wondering why we let places like this exist in this country. Please, people, just don't go here. Save yourselves an hour. Let it go out of business. Let some other mediocre food chain move in. It can't get be any worse than this place now.

Fast-food service is generally expected to take approximately 2–5 minutes. Unfortunately, this location has consistently failed to meet reasonable expectations for timely service. Whether a customer chooses the drive-thru, takeout, or dine-in, the expectation should be prompt service, especially when the food is being sold as fast food. If customers are expected to wait more than 15 minutes, the quality of the food and the overall customer experience should reflect that price point.
Immediately, I noticed there was no employee available at the register, leaving customers to use the electronic self-checkout system. One of the screens was completely broken on the entire left side. I completed my order at 11:27 a.m.
Afterward, I went to use the restroom and had to wait for a stall because the staff had not replaced the toilet paper. An employee indicated that they were too busy to take care of it. This is a basic responsibility that should have been addressed at the beginning of the shift or as part of routine maintenance.
I waited approximately 25 minutes for my food. When my order was finally ready, I had to check the bag to ensure the requested sauce was included. I was met with an unwelcoming look, as though I were asking for something extra, when the sauce was listed on my receipt and was part of the order.
Approximately five minutes before I received my food, a woman entered and requested boo baskets that were not in the designated colors of the day. An employee stated that they were not permitted to fulfill the request but proceeded to complete the transaction anyway.
The employee then fulfilled her order while I and several other customers had already been waiting more than 30 minutes for our food. This raises serious concerns about consistency, prioritization, and fairness in how orders are handled.
When I raised these concerns with a younger male employee who appeared to be in a management role, he immediately became confrontational and asked for our order numbers. By that point, I had received my food, but I was attempting to advocate for another gentleman who had been waiting longer than I had and still had not received his order.
I understand that restaurants can become busy, and I recognize that employees may face challenging situations. However, being busy does not excuse poor communication, inconsistent service, or an unprofessional attitude toward customers. Management should be able to address legitimate concerns calmly and respectfully. Professionalism and customer service are essential responsibilities in this industry.
The drive-thru should not automatically take priority over customers who come inside to place orders. Customers should be served fairly and efficiently, regardless of how they choose to order. Many restaurants manage this challenge by using separate workflows for drive-thru and in-store orders, allowing both to be processed efficiently without consistently disadvantaging one group of customers.
At this point, I feel that this location continues to operate primarily because the nearest alternatives are more than 20 minutes away.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. The same issues with service and excessive wait times have persisted for nearly five years, which suggests a long-standing management or operational problem rather than an occasional bad day.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am writing this review not only to express my frustration but also to inform visitors and people unfamiliar with the area about what they may encounter. Customers should not have to expect excessive wait times, neglected facilities, broken equipment, missing items, and unprofessional interactions when visiting a fast-food restaurant.
I sincerely hope that ownership takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful changes to improve staffing, order processing, cleanliness, accountability, and customer service. However, given how long these problems have continued, I am not optimistic that anything will change without direct intervention from ownership.
