- KDKen Decker5 days ago2.0I’m not sure if the decline of Five Guys is specific to this location or if the entire chain has forgotten what made it great. I’m basing this review on three local visits, all carry out and all disappointing. The size of the burger seems smaller. This location overcooks the patties. The portions of grilled onions and mushrooms are tiny. The fries are soggy, even when hot, and often over salted. This location isn’t particularly clean. It’s not that they are short-staffed. There are enough people, but it’s just no where close to what Five Guys was five or ten years ago. $17 for a single patty hamburger, regular fries, and regular fountain drink, you need to deliver, especially if you are asking for a 20 percent tip at the register on top of a carry out meal.

- DHDave HMar 20, 20262.0The burgers here used to be pretty good, but quality is way down. Fries are basically inedible. They always taste like salted dirt and drowned in grease. If you pick up your bag to carry out the fries never make it into a container, they are always free floating in your bag. I don't even know why they give you a fry container. I know cost of everything is up, but for what you get it is absolutely ridiculous. People seem to be generally nice working in the food prep area and taking your order.
