  Last time I went there the lady who works there was sitting on a chair with a coffee table in front of her. She just had socks on and her feet on the table. This time the guy went to hand me a spoon and was holding the part that goes in my mouth with no gloves on. These were grown adults in both situations btw.

  lady came in before me waited 15 mins for her drink there was no one else here ordered and they messed it up, asked for it again and they still messed it up. I ordered a banana pudding latte they gave me a protein latte twice and both times did not add the syrups I wanted. I wanted a refund but they literally ignored me. Usually my drinks come out fine if I yell out what exactly I need and double check my order all times. Just listen and yall won’t have to deal with angry people. Like don’t complain that your customers are rude and then not be considerate at all about the order.

  Every single time I have gone there they are rude and act like you’re a bother. But the worst part is they can’t read and make my food incorrectly each time. If you put no cheese on your order whyyyyyy do they always add cheese.

  I received my best iced coffee from this location. The donuts were so big and fresh. Service and kindness A+ at the drive thru.
