  My friend Tyler was in the car with me and he kept singing lets get married while eating arbys half pound roast beef. It was very annoying. 5 stars to the workers tho they were very chill

  I placed an online order for pick up, when I arrived the drive thru line was very long. I arrived at the location roughly @ 5:05 Pm, My pick ip time was 5:00 PM. I waited in line for 20 mins & only moved 2 spots closer. I watched 6/7 cars leave the line or walk inside and walk back out & leave. The amount of business lost in that 20 min time frame was shameful… by the time I got to the pick up window, it was 5:42.. I waited that long in line. Disappointed to say the least! My family absolutely loves the food. We have had great experiences at the red lion location & also the leaders height’s locations, this was the only time we have used the shrewsbury location recently but I don’t think I ll go to this location again. All our Food was cold, as it was sitting on a shelf for a very long time. You can do the math on exactly how long I waited. Again we Love Arby’s, but perhaps the Shrewsbury location needs to hire more help or get a new manager… 🤷‍♂️

  I got the BOGO sandwich. I ordered the corned beef Ruben sandwich and the Greek meat gyro . The corned beef Ruben on marble rye was juicy and hot and delicious. The gyro was hot and I ordered extra gyro sauce. I love that. This Arby's as most others rarely disappoint where the food quality and texture matter. They always get it right for me. As a famous cyborg once said, I'll be back!
