  Was not welcoming over the intercom nor at the window. I got yelled my total and was just handed my ice cream. No other words were exchanged. And inside the DQ team were yelling at each other and did not create a welcoming environment.

  Best DQ ive been in. The food is good, the ice cream is even better, and the staff is always on point. The place is always squeaky clean..and your food/ice cream order comes out quick and with a smile. If you're looking to save money this year and get good food/ice cream...keep going past goose Bros directly to Dairy Queen..located in the same parking lot as Dunkin Donuts! And if you're traveling from out of town...it's conveniently located less than a mile off the the King St exit off 81. So if you need coffee and the kids need ice cream...stop in. You won't regret it.

  So first off…the ice cream I have been getting here is good but I was pretty surprised by my experience on Thursday, April 23. I had ordered six blizzards for pickup at the drive-thru. After a short wait at the window, I received four of the blizzards. They were so full the lids didn’t really fit on several of them. That wouldn’t normally be a big problem except that these were so melted that shortly ice cream was running over the sides. After a bit, I received the rest of my order. The woman at the window seemed rather stressed so possibly something was wrong with the machine. It would have been pretty hard for the workers to do the double flip on the half-melted blizzards they gave me.😄 All that to say, it didn’t necessarily detract from the flavor, it just made for a messy, drippy experience, which was different than normal.😊

  Fries were soggy and half cold AT pickup time in drive thru. I ordered 2 blizzards. One strawberry angel food cake and one cookie dough with some add ins. I received the angel food cake correctly as ordered but the cookie dough was instead a Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard of the same size with none of the add ins I paid for. Not a good mistake considering the amount of people with peanut allergies in this world. I will not be returning to this location whatsoever. Update: after getting halfway through the strawberry blizzard because I wrote my original review right away, neither blizzard was fully mixed. There was absolutely no strawberry or angel food cake in the bottom third of that one and no Reese's in the bottom half of the other one. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful and the staff on hand today, April 25th, 2026 at 5:02pm should be handled.
