She was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. Instead of trying to help, her attitude made the situation even more frustrating. Customer service should make customers feel respected and valued, but that was not my experience. I expected much better from Chipotle, and this interaction left a very negative impression.
